On the 6th December, Liverpool hosts its very own Santa Dash where over two thousand people participate in a family fun run around Liverpool for this year’s nominated charity ‘Cash for Kids’.
Our very own web developer and ‘Good Samaritan’ Paul Winter has been training in preparation for the past 6 months to ready himself for this run.
You may chuckle under your breath, but the relentless training that Paul has put his body through makes us all very proud at Essio. 6am runs, dietary changes, co-habiting restrictions and mental suffering are all part of the requirements needed for this particular physical chase. Paul has recently received his running number, and at 1368 out of 2000 it places him right in the middle of the pack. This is not somewhere Paul is used to being, this close to the front runners, but in itself a marvellous achievement.
Paul is running for charity on behalf of ‘CASH FOR KIDS” on the 6th December in Liverpool and we all wish him the best of luck.
