How It Works

Preparing and building your website is a service we like to get you involved with, getting your feedback, so that we can be sure that you’re delighted with the end result.

Step 1: Initial Consultation
The initial consultation can be over the phone, at your offices, at our offices, or even by email; it’s up to you. Alternatively, you can fill in the form at the end of this page for us to get started.

Step 2: Proposal and Quote
Based on the information that you provide we will write a personal proposal and quote outlining our recommendations for building your website.

Step 3: Your Approval
After reading this you are welcome to contact us to discuss the proposal or give your approval for work to commence.

Step 4: Keyword Research
For your SEO, we research your market online to establish the best collection of keywords.

Step 5: Keyword Evaluation
At this point we will present you with your keywords evaluation, of which just needs your consent that all words used are relevant to your business and services.

Step 6: Your Approval
Once you have received your keyword evaluation, we will remove any keywords or phrases you do not consider relevant to your business or services. You are then free to give your approval when you are happy with the result.

Step 7: Design Process
The pencil goes to paper. Using research of your industry, your company colours, your company logo and content we begin designing your website interface.

Stage 8: Design Evaluation
We then present you with an image representation of your website for your evaluation. In most cases this will be the home page of the site.

Step 9: Your Approval
At this point we welcome your feedback to which we amend the design to your satisfaction. You are then free to give your approval when you are happy with the result.

Step 10: Construction Process
Now we can begin site construction (coding), building your design into a fully functional website. This process includes all testing from beginning to end.

Step 11: Website Evaluation
This is where you get access to your own section of the net to view your new professional website design. You will be able to navigate and use the website in the same manner that your clients will when the site is launched.

Step 12: Your Approval
After viewing and testing your website we can make amendments where required before your approval.

Step 13: The Launch!
With every stage approved we are ready to launch your new website on your command. Your site will now be an interactive part of the Internet and your business.

Step 14: Tweaking
For 30 days after the launch we will monitor your site and make minor adjustments where necessary.
